Appointments & Scheduling

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended so the team can reserve the right amount of time for your visit, review your needs, and prepare for your appointment type. You can request an appointment online through the booking assistant or call the clinic directly.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. If you need to change your appointment time or cancel, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. This helps the team update the schedule and offer the time to another patient.

How long does each visit take?

Visit length depends on the appointment type. A new patient assessment is usually longer because it includes history, evaluation, and treatment planning. Routine visits are typically shorter. Auto injury or workers’ compensation first visits may need more time for documentation and evaluation.

Insurance, Claims & Payment

Do you work with insurance?

The clinic can help review insurance-related questions and guide you on what information may be needed. Coverage depends on your plan, claim type, and benefits. Bring your insurance details, claim information, and any documents you have so the team can help you understand the next step.

Do you help with auto accident claims?

Yes. The clinic works with patients recovering after auto accidents and can help document symptoms, evaluation findings, treatment recommendations, and visit details. If you have a claim number, attorney information, or insurance paperwork, bring it to your first visit.

Do you help with work injury or workers’ compensation cases?

Yes. Work injury visits may include evaluation of lifting injuries, repetitive strain, neck pain, back pain, shoulder issues, headaches, or other musculoskeletal symptoms related to work. Bring any employer, claim, or insurance documentation you already have.

Auto Injury, Work Injury & Pain

When should I see a chiropractor after a car accident?

If you have neck pain, back pain, headaches, stiffness, reduced movement, shoulder pain, numbness, or symptoms that started after a crash, it is better to be evaluated early. Some symptoms appear hours or days after the accident. If symptoms are severe or you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Do you treat whiplash?

Yes. Whiplash-type injuries can involve the neck, upper back, shoulders, headaches, stiffness, and limited movement. The clinic can evaluate your symptoms and recommend a care plan based on your condition.

Can chiropractic care help with back pain and neck pain?

Chiropractic care may help many patients with musculoskeletal neck pain, back pain, stiffness, mobility limitations, and injury-related discomfort. Your provider will evaluate your history and symptoms before recommending a plan.

X-Ray & Evaluation

Does every patient need X-rays?

No. X-rays are recommended only when clinically appropriate. The decision depends on your history, symptoms, examination findings, trauma history, and safety considerations.

Why might X-rays be recommended after an accident?

After an accident or injury, X-rays may help evaluate structural concerns, trauma-related findings, or issues that may affect the treatment plan. Your provider will decide whether imaging is appropriate for your specific case.

Your First Visit

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a photo ID, insurance information, claim details if applicable, accident or work-injury paperwork, medication list, previous imaging, and any medical reports that may help the evaluation.

What happens during the first appointment?

The first visit usually includes a conversation about your symptoms, health history, examination, and discussion of your treatment options. If imaging or additional evaluation is needed, the clinic will explain the reason and next steps.

Do I need a referral?

Many patients contact the clinic directly without a referral. Some insurance plans or claim situations may have specific requirements, so bring your insurance or claim information and the team can help you understand what is needed.

Language & Patient Support

Do you help Spanish-speaking patients?

Yes. The website includes a Spanish chiropractic page, and the clinic aims to make care easier to understand for Spanish-speaking patients. If you prefer Spanish, tell the team when you contact the clinic.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

You do not need to choose the perfect service before contacting the clinic. Describe your symptoms, how the problem started, and whether it was related to an accident or work injury. The team can guide you to the right appointment type.
