Appointment Policy
Appointments are scheduled to give each patient focused time with the care team. Please arrive on time and bring any relevant documents, imaging reports, insurance information, and accident or work-injury details when applicable.
If you need to change or cancel your visit, contact the clinic as early as possible so the appointment time can be offered to another patient.
Privacy & Patient Information
Patient information is handled with care and used only for appointment support, communication, care coordination, billing, and clinic operations. We do not sell patient information.
Information submitted through website forms or phone calls should not be used for emergencies. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, call emergency services immediately.
Website Information
The content on this website is provided for general educational purposes. It should not be used as a substitute for an in-person consultation, examination, diagnosis, or personalized treatment plan.
Results vary from patient to patient. The clinic may recommend care, imaging, or referral based on each patient’s history, examination findings, and clinical needs.
X-Ray & Diagnostic Support
Digital X-rays may be recommended when clinically appropriate. Not every patient needs imaging. When imaging is recommended, it is used to support a clearer understanding of structural concerns, injury-related findings, and treatment planning.
Insurance, Auto Injury & Work Injury
Coverage and documentation requirements can vary. Patients are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating with their insurance provider, attorney, employer, or claims representative when needed.
